Since Spring 2009, the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) Program awarded LogiCore Corporation a recipient of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Selected as a Logistics Prime Contractor, the LogiCore Team continues to provide a broad range of advisory and assistance services to Team Redstone's program executive offices, program managers, and functional organizations, as well as other commands that can use AMCOM EXPRESS for their contracting needs.

To translate this philosophy into how we do business, we looked at process improvement standards and made ISO certification a company goal. As the global leader in developing business standards, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is the preeminent authority on quality assurance standards.

While quality has always mattered at LogiCore, we began our quest for ISO certification in 2011. After months of hard work and the successful completion of a rigorous audit, we achieved our goal.

In September 2011, LogiCore's Quality Management System (QMS) became ISO 9001:2008 certified and joined an elite group of U.S. companies that meet the globally recognized business standard for a Quality Management System. LogiCore's QMS was recertified in September 2014 and completed the transition and certification to ISO 9001:2015 requirements in September 2017.

So what exactly does ISO 9001:2015 certification mean?

To our customers, it means we will deliver the highest quality engineering services and integrated logistics in a prompt, efficient manner, and that customer satisfaction will always be our first priority.

To our employees, it means we are committed to providing quality products and services, and we will never stop looking for ways to improve our business.

LogiCore has consistently offered innovative solutions to support AMCOM agencies, including LOGSA, PEO Missiles and Space, PEO Aviation, and others. ISO certification is a prerequisite for contractors in the high-technology sectors (including logistics support, engineering services, and a wide range of technical disciplines) where the application of mature, repeatable processes ensures consistent engineering, superior analysis, and enhanced performance.

LogiCore implemented an ISO 9001:2008-based Quality Management System (QMS), which was certified on September 7, 2011, and recertified September 11, 2014. Using ISO 9001, LogiCore cultivated continuous process improvement, achieving performance excellence and exceptional customer satisfaction to meet or exceed customers' requirements and quality expectations.


Quality Management

In January 2017, LogiCore began the transition to the ISO 9001:2015 requirements, significantly raising the "Quality bar" with additional requirements, e.g., Risk-Based Thinking and Risk Management processes. To provide products and services that satisfy customer requirements and exceed customer expectations, LogiCore's ISO 9001:2015 Certified QMS emphasizes the importance of:
