LogiCore has deep understanding and commitment in ensuring Warfighters receive world-class training for their world-wide missions. Our Training includes, but is not limited to, institutional training, sustainment training, distance learning, and New Equipment Training (NET) to DoD Civilians, Military, Allies, and Contractor personnel. Likewise, due to our leadership expertise, we provide oversight of contractor-provided training such as in Program of Instruction (POI), lesson plans, and course and courseware development.
LogiCore provides critical training and training support for many programs, including the Apache/Apache Longbow and the US Army’s Counter-Rocket Artillery and Mortar (C-RAM) program.
For Apache and the Apache Longbow, we are actively involved in training development, development and production of new and modified training and training support devices, and implementing improvements in training and materials. This is important to keep Warfighters up-to-date on the latest available technology, with state-of-the-art training devices and materials. We evaluate programs such as the AH-64A, AH-64D, and BLIII; Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS); Interactive Multimedia Instructions (IMI); and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM) and provide well-researched, actionable suggestions and recommendations concerning the development, fielding, sustainment, and life cycle support of these systems to improve their effectiveness and reliability.
For C-RAM, LogiCore provides training, training support, training documentation development, and simulations support. C-RAM provides NET to units deploying to Iraq. Once NET training is complete, units deploy to participate in Mission Rehearsal Exercises (MREs). LogiCore is responsible for training, maintenance, and supply support of C-RAM systems at CONUS and OCONUS locations. Our personnel successfully train the Warfighter at unit and institutional levels for current and future strategic operating environments. LogiCore employees providing training and education efforts are well-versed with applicable regulations within the DoD, including U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command Regulation 350-70, Automated Systems Approach to Training (ASAT) and TECOM (US Marine Corps).
We are very involved in the entire Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) process, and develops the following documents for our customers: Functional Area Assessments (FAA); Functional Needs Assessments (FNA); Functional Solution Assessments (FSA); Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD); Capability Development Documents (CDD); Capability Production Documents (CPD); Doctrine, Organizations, Training, Leader Development, Materiel, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) Change Recommendations (DCR); System Training Plans (STRAP) and Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP).
LogiCore successfully delivers high-quality training and education at unit and institutional levels for current and future strategic operating environments, including documentation needed throughout the JCIDS process. LogiCore stands ready to provide mission capabilities and expertise for ensuring operators have a thorough knowledge of, and experience with, mission-critical technology.
