LogiCore was founded on the belief that differences enrich, enhance and encourage growth—not only as a company but as individuals. LogiCore acts on that belief by ensuring all opportunities are equally available to all people.


Diversity is often mistaken for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action. EEO and Affirmative Action are based on legal requirements, while diversity takes on much broader dimensions. While EEO and Affirmative Action are geared toward correcting underutilization of certain demographic groups, diversity expands these goals into ensuring a workforce made up of a mix of lifestyles, education levels, beliefs, leadership styles, marital and parental statuses, etc.
