President's Message

The Director of Human Resources is the company representative with overall responsibility for our affirmative action planning. Roles and responsibilities of the Equal Opportunity Programs Office:

Develop, implement and disseminate policies throughout the Corporation designed to prohibit discrimination
Build relationships and interface with government enforcement agencies
Provide guidance and direction to the Corporation on EEO and Affirmative Action issues
Participate with national organizations and serve on national and local community boards and advisory groups
Assist in minimizing EEO/AA corporate-wide risks
