Amy Estacio

Human Resources Manager

As the Human Resources Manager for LogiCore, Amy originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, goal attainment, and ongoing development of a superior workforce. Included in her responsibilities are the design, development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans necessary to meet the Human Capital needs of LogiCore.

Amy brings over 17 years of government contract experience with over 15 years in Human Resources and Accounting. Amy’s human resources experience encompasses all aspects of the Human Resources discipline, including having served over twelve of those years as Manager. She holds a bachelors degree from the University of Missouri and has held her Professional in Human Resources certification since 2005. Amy is an active member of the local and national chapters of the Society of Human Resources Management.

With her diverse experience she brings the capability to meet the business and strategic needs of the LogiCore managers and employees. She is a results oriented and customer focused senior human resources leader with excellent professional track record of successfully directing all HR functions.
